FAQ

What kind of rider are these trips designed for?

Our trips are built for curious, moderately experienced cyclists who are comfortable riding 30–60 miles a day on mixed terrain. You don’t need to race — just show up with an open heart and love for the ride.

What’s included in the price of a trip?

Most trips include lodging, daily route support, luggage transport, local guides, most meals, and curated cultural experiences. Flights and personal gear are not included.

Do I need to bring my own bike?

You’re welcome to bring your own bike, but high-quality rentals are available on most trips — including gravel, road, or e-bikes.

How many people are on each trip?

We keep groups small and intentional — typically 6 to 12 riders — to ensure a connected, personalized experience.

What’s the lodging like?

Expect boutique guesthouses, family-run inns, and off-the-radar stays that reflect the soul of the region. Comfort meets character.

Are your trips beginner-friendly?

Some are! While most rides require basic cycling fitness and comfort with back-to-back riding days, we offer a range of difficulty levels — and support vehicles are always nearby.

Can I travel solo?

Absolutely. Many of our guests come solo — and leave with a crew. You can book a private room or share accommodations with another rider.

How do I prepare for a Cortado Adventure?

We’ll send you a packing list, training tips, and destination-specific info well in advance. Our goal: keep it simple, smooth, and stoked.

Do you offer custom/private trips?

Yes! We love crafting one-of-a-kind trips for groups, couples, or special occasions. Just reach out via the Contact page to get started.

Why choose Cortado Adventures?

Because we believe travel should be intentional, immersive, and unforgettable. With years of global guiding experience and a passion for riding with heart, we design every trip to be more than a vacation — it’s a way of life.
